This Terms & Conditions page explains the rules for using the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij website, the rights and responsibilities of members and users, and the proper way to interact on this platform.

Anyone can create an account on this site. However, only members of the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij Generation are allowed to claim and manage Zumarul profiles that match their own identity. Members are prohibited from claiming the profiles of other members. Non-members are strictly forbidden from claiming any member profile and may only use their account for login or limited interaction purposes. To unlink or delete an account that has been linked to a member profile, members must contact the web developer or another member who has permission.

Available features depend on the user's account status:

• Regular users (non-members of the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij Generation) can only manage their account display name and other account settings. Regular users do not have a public profile page.

• Members of the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij Generation can manage their nickname, bio, and social media accounts for public presentation on their Zumarul profiles. Members cannot change the main display name, as the public profile display name is the official name of each member.

• Some members may receive one or more admin features, such as awarding badges to other members, training the fuzzy search system, unlinking other members' profiles, or managing admin feature permissions for other members, only with permission from the web developer or a member who has rights to edit permissions.

Each class page can be managed by the Class President, Vice President, and designated Editors. Certain attributes, such as the official class name and member list, cannot be changed under any circumstances. Access rights for each role are as follows:

• The Class President has full rights to manage the class page, including class name, logo, description, photo gallery, organizational structure, and managing class page editors. The President can also transfer positions and edit the Vice President.

• The Vice President has almost the same rights as the President but cannot change the President or Vice President. The Vice President can manage class name, logo, description, photo gallery, organizational structure, and page editors.

• Designated Editors can only manage class name, logo, description, and photo gallery. Editors do not have rights to manage organizational structure or class page editors.

This site is intended for purposes of generation information, member profiles, and class documentation. Users are prohibited from using the site for spamming, abuse, or other illegal activities.

Content uploaded by members and users must comply with legal rules, general norms, and generation ethics. Members are fully responsible for content uploaded to their public profiles and must ensure that it does not harm others. Members are prohibited from actions or publishing content that may tarnish the reputation of the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij Generation.

The site may contain links or integrations with third-party services, such as social media or external platforms. Users are advised to review the third-party service terms separately, as the site management is not responsible for content, security, or privacy of those services.

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site belong to the Zumarul Wafaa El-Ma’arij Generation. The web developer acts as a technical manager on behalf of the generation and does not hold individual ownership rights.

The site management is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, including technical disruptions, data loss, or content errors.

These terms may be updated at any time. All changes will be published on this page with the latest update date. Members and users are advised to review this page periodically.
